DALLAS Three independent agencies have joined together as The Partners Group to share resources and leverage their respective areas of expertise.
The shops are: Partners & Jeary in New York, Partners and Napier of Rochester, N.Y., and Atlanta, and Partners and Edell of Toronto.
"Shared resources such as accounting, media, and project management will result in competitive economies of scale for all Partners Group clients," said agency founder Michael Jeary. "And unlike other networks, our unique compensation plan is structured to encourage our offices to work together to the benefit of our clients and the agency offices involved."
Sharon Napier with Dennis Edell are the CEOs of the other two shops.
The Partners Group combines 130 employees and about $130 million in billings from clients such as Bausch & Lomb, Kodak, Lung Cancer Alliance and UPS.
Jeary, 58, opened his New York agency with clients OOH Vision Networks and Lung Cancer Alliance, he said.
Before opening his agency, Jeary had been a partner at Della Femina Rothschild Jeary and Partners for nearly a decade. Prior to that, he had been chairman and CEO of the San Francisco and New York offices of Saatchi & Saatchi.
"Sharon Napier, Dennis Edell and I share a belief that clients will like our new agency concept that challenges the traditional network model," Jeary said.
The Partners Group will also be the sole North American agency member of the global InterPartners Worldwide.
