Pascual Moves Up, Cox Arrives at C/F

SAN FRANCISCO Integrated marketing agency Crocker/Flanagan has promoted Courtney Pascual to account manager and hired Kristin Cox as media buyer, an agency representative said.

Pascual, 23, was previously an account assistant at the Sacramento, Calif., shop. In her new role, she will report to Scot Crocker, agency president and CEO. She will manage day-to-day activities of clients such as California Community Colleges, Capital City Restaurants and Firehouse Kitchen.

Prior to her promotion, Pascual worked in the client services department. She also worked with the public relations department on Peace for Families, Lyon Real Estate, Shari's Berries and the Delta King.

Cox, 24, joined C/F with more than four years of media buying experience. She is responsible for helping develop media plans for clients, in conjunction with the media director. Cox is also responsible for negotiating and placing media buys. She reports to Kelley Kent, media director.

Prior to joining C/F, Cox worked at Ups Advertising, another Sacramento agency. Her clients there included the Harlem Globetrotters, Sacramento Autorama, Folsom Automall, Folsom Lake Ford and Paragary's Restaurant Group.
