BBDO Worldwide and its U.S. digital marketing agency, @tmosphere, are considering a strategic alliance with Organic Inc.
"We have known and worked with Organic for several years and share significant client relations," Allen Rosenshine, BBDO chief executive, said in a statement. "We are hopeful that these discussions will lead to the development of even more effectively integrated marketing solutions for both existing and new clients."
@tmosphere clients include Visa, Cingular Wireless, Wrigley and Financial Times.
Organic, founded in 1993, has clients such as Federated Department Stores, Tommy Hilfiger, PlayStation.com, Target Corp. and Washington Mutual.
Clients they have in common include British Telecom, DaimlerChrysler, General Electric, GPU and Charles Schwab.
