Texas East has left WPP’s Ogilvy & Mather in New York , where he was co-director of production, to launch East & Landgraf, a consultancy with offices in Chicago and New York, East said last week. His partner at Ogilvy, Lynn Roer, has taken over as head of production. East’s consultancy will help advertisers and agencies analyze purchasing production plans.
