NEW YORK Nissan has signed on as the exclusive sponsor of a new, biweekly concert series on Yahoo’s music portal. The site described the series as its biggest and most ambitious content production.

“Nissan Live Sets on Yahoo Music” kicks off Nov. 15 with a performance by Christina Aguilera. User generated content will be key from fans who go to the Los Angeles concerts or watch them online (music.yahoo.com/nissanlivesets.com).

Audiences culled from artist fan bases will be encouraged to conduct interviews, write blogs and take photos with Flickr-enabled phones that automatically upload images to a photo gallery.
