DALLAS Bright Moments and Zehnder Communications have acquired marketing and advertising duties for the City of New Orleans Department of Economic Development.

The two New Orleans shops will be equal partners in a joint effort to rebrand the Crescent City as “a great place to live and conduct business,” Zehnder said.

Bright Moments, an African American shop, and Zehnder, a general-market shop, will handle the account in an equal partnership. The two shops won the business with a plan to leverage the city’s internal and external messages, Zehnder said.
