Peter A. Mayer Advertising has promoted five staff members: Kristi Bergeron has progressed to manager of business development; Nick Steger has advanced to junior account executive; Phil Toothman has moved up to media buyer; Angela Wise has become senior public relations account executive; and Anne Miller has progressed to account executive. The New Orleans-based agency has also made a number of new personnel additions: Steve Alfano has joined the shop as group creative director; Melinda Viles has been employed as an art director; John d'Addario has become an Internet producer; Patrick Kayser has arrived as a traffic coordinator; Kathleen Ross has come aboard as an administrative assistant; and Ramon Jackson has been assigned as a courier and messenger clerk.

T3 has enlisted Amy Ferranti as account supervisor, Travis Higdon as a Web developer, Jonas Koffler as copyeditor and Allison Onishi as project manager. The Austin agency has also welcomed Marina Palma as account executive and Wendy Wray as production art manager.

Calise And Sedei of Dallas has installed Steve Hamilton as chief financial officer.

Yvett Rebelo has joined the staff of Cinco Media Communications in Dallas as an account executive.

GSD&M of Austin has hired four new creative directors: Matt Mowat, Ralph Yznaga, Larry Walters and Michael Stout.

The Richards Group of Dallas has promoted Stacy Kendrick and Maria Adams to account directors and Courtney Jones to account supervisor.

The Loomis Agency of Dallas has hired Jana Nobels as account executive, Teresa Elder as media buyer, Carlos Cortinas and Brandy Cole as art directors, Kim Ramsey as copywriter, Emily Shoemaker as assistant account executive and Monica Bradburn as print media manager.

Ken Slavin and Donna Hinkelman have formed Slavin & Hinkelman Public Relations and Marketing in San Antonio. The two were previously department heads at BIG, which closed earlier this month. Their roster includes ex-BIG clients Emily Morgan Hotel and Methodist Healthcare Ministries. Additional local clients are Respite Care, the San Antonio Public Library Foundation, The RK Group, Aldo's Ristorante Italiano, Aldino's Cucina Italiana and TexLink Communications.
