MC5 Advertising & Production in West Hartford has fashioned a print campaign for Connecticut Attorneys Title Insurance Co. in Rocky Hill. Running in newspapers and magazines throughout New England, the consumer-focused executions feature kids asking questions about real estate matters. One headline: "If dead people still own our new house, do they still live here?" The agency has also created a musical radio spot for Fairbanks Mortgage in Waterbury titled: "The Ballad of Fairbanks Mortgage."

Cookson & Co. in Marlborough has been tapped to handle sales promotions for the Radisson Inn, also in Marlborough. The shop has also created a business-to-business campaign for Acuity Imaging in Nashua, N.H., positioning the client as the premier problem solver for engineering teams working with complex visual technology. In addition, Cookson has been tapped for marketing projects by computer chip testing firm Aseco in Marlborough and has designed a Web site for Mingolelli & Associates, a financial advisory company in Framingham.
Gray Rambusch and its sister shop, Gray & Rice Public Relations, have relocated to 1 Washington Mall, Boston. Separately, Gray & Rice has been retained for public relations services by Banta Integrated Media, an Internet database developer in Cambridge.
Foster Design Group and PigMellon Page Publishers, both in Boston, donated their services to help create a Web site for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Greater Boston, an organization that grants wishes to terminally ill children.
