TEXAS Brad Grindem was designated a junior developer at DDB Interactive, Dallas. Grindem was formerly with Nest Entertainment in Irving as a staff accountant. Meltzer & Martin Public Relations, Dallas, hired account executive Lorene Ivanoski. Ivanoski, who was a public relations assistant at STB Systems in Richardson, will coordinate business media relations and communications for the agency's Sprint Business account. DSS Research, Arlington, added research analyst James Harbur, previously a market analyst at PMC Capital in Dallas. Ha-Lo Marketing and Promotions, Dallas, appointed Michael Linderman executive vice president of promotional productions. Linderman joins Ha-Lo from Norwood Promotional Products. Churchill Public Relations, Houston, welcomed account supervisor Barbara Saunders. Saunders was a consultant for a number of energy and environmental organizations prior to accepting the Churchill post. Todd Speer recently joined Premis-Media, Dallas. His duties will include managing multimedia projects. Speer previously served as a marketing coordinator at Fox Sports Southwest. Also arriving at PremisMedia is business development director Jim Pullum, a former manager of marketing communications with Excel Communications. Austin agency M2K has enlisted media and planning director Michelle Ellis, formerly of Fogarty Klein & Partners in Houston; online marketing manager Michael Aaron, ex-freelancer; and recent graduate Michelle Smith as media analyst. T3, Austin, named assistant account executive Carrie Biggar and production artist Becky Rehder to its staff. Previously, Biggar was at Fellers Marketing & Advertising, Austin, where she was account coordinator. Rehder was at Staats Falkenberg & Partners, also Austin. Triad Business Marketing, Dallas, hired Mark Hancock as creative director of print advertising and promoted multimedia producer Laragh Gallagher to multimedia services creative director. Hancock was formerly owner and creative director of Mark Hancock Design, Dallas. Gallagher has been with the agency for the past 18 months. Rives Carlberg, Houston, promoted Delores Stark and Kenneth Cormier to vice presidents and associate creative directors. Stark, who has been with the agency for seven years, will continue to handle duties on the Houston Chronicle account. Cormier, a five-year Rives veteran, works on the shop's Compaq business. The Promotional Products Association International, Irving, hired the following executives: Paul Bellantone, director of expositions and registration; Denise Topf, manager of exhibitor services; Steven Lott, manager of meetings and travel; and Lisa Horn, features editor of the group's publication, PPB magazine. ARKANSAS Fayetteville agency Thompson Earnhart & Associates added consumer communications director Missy Tiller, formerly media planner and buyer at Blackwood Martin/CJRW, also in Fayetteville. The shop also recruited production services director Scott Allen from Blackwood.
