ARIZONA Cramer-Krasselt in Phoenix hired Andy Iverson as its first account planner. Before joining the agency, Iverson served as a planner at Rubin Postaer and Associates in Santa Monica, Calif. NEVADA DSLV/Lawlor in Las Vegas appointed Thomas Nieman as vice president. Nieman will head up the DSLV/ Lawlor Gaming Group, a new unit set up to handle the agency's gaming accounts. NORTHERN CALIFORNIA Euro RSCG DSW Partners hired Vera Hui as an assistant media planner. Hui will work in the agency's San Francisco office. Alan Kerr has returned to San Francisco's Goldberg Moser O'Neill as vice president, group account director in the account services department. Kerr most recently served as an account director at Winkler Advertising. His responsibilities at GMO will include managing the Cisco Systems and Quantum accounts. OREGON Norma O'Dell joined Livengood & Co. in Portland as media director. She most recently served as broadcast manager at department store chain Meier & Frank, also in Portland. SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Kiner/Goodsell Advertising in Palm Desert hired Amy Templeton Buckley as an account executive. Magnus International Advertising, a multilingual/multicultural ad agency in Walnut, hired Jing Yuan Jou as creative director. Jou most recently worked at K&L West Advertising in Los Angeles. RiechesBaird Advertising in Irvine added Kathleen Gordon as a studio/ production artist. Prior to joining the shop, Gordon freelanced as a graphic designer and special effects makeup artist. The Store of Knowledge in Los Angeles appointed June Miller Richards vice president of marketing. Richards joined the company in August. She previously served as director of marketing for Movieline magazine. Beverly Oster, president of Oster & Associates in San Diego, has been elected president of the Advertising Club of San Diego for 1998-99. Separately, Oster's agency recently hired Nancy Weisinger as public relations director and Carolyn Holloway as a graphic designer, and promoted Kristen Ward to public relations assistant. Matthews/Mark in San Diego hired Flint Cohen as an art director. UTAH Integrated Marketing Group, a Salt Lake City agency specializing in wholly integrated marketing communications, named Andrea Rohrer as media/production manager. Rohrer has held positions at American Stores, KSL Television and Penna Powers Cutting & Haynes. WASHINGTON Nina Cordova-Oleson was named vice president, broadcast services, at Leigh Stowell & Co. in Seattle. Cordova-Oleson was formerly director of client services at the agency.
