Moses Anshell in Phoenix has appointed Keith Skelton vice president of strategy and integration, with responsibility for overseeing integration of strategic planning, creative services, branding, media, interactive, direct marketing and public relations. Skelton previously founded strategic consulting firm Agora Enterprises. Additionally, the shop hired Melanie McBride as public relations supervisor. She will oversee PR initiatives for clients like Zila Pharmaceuticals and Xyron. Beginning her career at Novell, where she worked in internal communications, McBride also has worked for MarchFirst and other agencies, for clients like Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Pottery Barn, MSNBC.com, 3Com and Harley-Davidson Roadstore.
