Matrix USA in New York has appointed Cindy Riccio director of communications. She will report to Francesca Raminella, general manager, and her duties will include the development and execution of media programs for Matrix, a professional hair care company. Previously, Riccio worked at The Rowland Company, served as account supervisor at Marina Maher Communications and was the public relations director for Sara Lee Hosiery.
