SFGT in Philadelphia has hired Melissa Martell as a strategic planner. Previously, Martell was a partner and planner at Ogilvy & Mather in New York on IBM, helping lead strategy on five Effie-winning campaigns, including the "letterbox" e-business advertising. Prior to that, she was a senior research analyst at customer relationship management firm Fulcrum Analytics in New York, where she worked on Disney and Aventis, among other accounts. SFGT claims $27 million in billings from clients such as Sunoco, the University of Pennsylvania Health System, Timberlane, Tylenol, DeLonghi, IFCO Systems and American Education Services.
