Museum Exhibit Invites Playful Executions
BOSTON–Classic toys and soundbites from vintage ads are featured in KSV’s multimedia campaign, which promotes an exhibition of memorabilia at the Shelburne Museum in Shelburne, Vt.
Burlington, Vt.-based KSV puts a ’60s era Barbie doll in one print ad with the head, “Stir up some memories that’ve taken you years of therapy to forget.” A single 30-second TV spot features close-ups of adults recreating cherished playtime rituals, complete with “choo-choo” train sound effects and a “conversation” between Barbie and Ken.
