WPP’s VML is working on a new marketing strategy for Winn-Dixie following the chain’s split with independent Cramer-Krasselt in Orlando, Fla., which held the $20-25 million business since May 2001, a client rep said last week. The supermarket chain shifted the work to VML in Kansas City, Mo., without a review amid financial struggles and changes in top management. Independent Zubi Advertising in Coral Gables, Fla., handles Hispanic advertising.
