Innerwest Advertising and Public Relations has promoted Laurence Rose to media buyer. She has been with the Reno, Nev., shop for seven years, and was previously a media assistant. The shop also elevated Whitney Freeman to account coordinator. She joined the firm in August 2002 as a receptionist. In addition, Jennifer Entwistle has been hired as an account assistant and receptionist. She was previously an intern at Innerwest.
