Arizona Sends New Anti-Smoking RFP
LOS ANGELES—The Arizona Department of Health Services issued a new RFP for its anti-tobacco advertising and public relations account. It had been awarded to E.B. Lane Marketing Communications in Phoenix in June, but following protests, the state decided to hold a new review. The budget, which had been $10-15 million a year, is now $7-10 million. Proposals are due Oct. 17.
