DETROIT–Ford Motor Co.’s Customer Service division is launching a campaign today with the goal of prompting consumers to think of the automaker’s dealerships as “America’s newest tire store.” Created by Ogilvy & Mather in Dearborn, Mich., the campaign includes TV, radio, print and direct mail executions. A commercial breaking in two weeks stresses the one-stop shopping available at Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealerships.
