Cole & Weber Among Casualties of Boeing Cut
LOS ANGELES–Boeing last week made a cut in the number of shops vying for its estimated $30 million account. Among the casualties were 25-year incumbent Cole & Weber, Seattle and Portland, Ore., and sister shop Ogilvy & Mather, New York, which had taken the lead on the pitch. Other shops eliminated were D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, Los Angeles and New York, and Ammirati Puris Lintas, New York.
