Lane Advertising Closes Its Doors
BOSTON—Lane Advertising, the small agency launched in the mid-1990s by former Arnold Worldwide creative executive Keith Lane, has closed. Lane cited the loss of the $2 million Honey Dew Donuts business—which recently moved to Greenberg Seronick O’Leary & Partners here [Adweek, Jan. 8]—as the “final straw” in his decision to shutter the Salem, Mass.-based operation. Lane said he will file for Chapter 7 protection from his creditors under the federal bankruptcy statutes.
