BOSTON–Adding depth to its integrated services team, Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos here has named David Costello senior vice president responsible for database consulting chores at the agency.
Prior to joining Hill Holliday, Costello was vice president of business development for Epsilon, the marketing firm in Burlington, Mass., where he developed and oversaw business-to-business and consumer strategies for clients including IBM, Sybase and Bell South. Costello’s duties at Epsilon have been split among other staffers; no specific replacement has been named.
At Hill, Holliday, Costello replaces George Pisacano, who is no longer with the agency.
