Grant, Scott & Hurley Wins TiVo

SAN FRANCISCO TiVo has hired Grant, Scott & Hurley to take on its estimated $10-12 million ad account following a review, according to sources.

The independent San Francisco shop beat out Havas' Black Rocket Euro RSCG of San Francisco, Interpublic Group's Mullen in Wenham, Mass., and independent Ground Zero in Marina del Rey, Calif., in the competition's final round, sources said.

The client last worked with Omnicom Group's Goodby, Silverstein & Partners in San Francisco, but that shop did not participate in the review [Adweek Online, Jan. 26].

TiVo reps could not be reached for comment. Agencies either declined comment or could not be reached.
