Rives Carlberg has promoted Luis Gonzalez from managing creative director to vice president, creative director. Gonzalez, who has been with the Houston agency for five years, will continue to coordinate and oversee all operations of the creative department, which includes both English and Spanish-language advertising for broadcast and print media.
