FGI in Chapel Hill, N.C., has emerged as one of three finalists for the $10-12 million advertising account of Agfa-Gevaert Group, according to Rich Hooker of Pile and Co., the Boston-based consulting company conducting the review.
The other two shops contending for the global business-to-business account include Mullen in Wenham, Mass., and the New York office of J. Walter Thompson.
Left behind were DDB Needham and Merkley Newman Harty, both in New York, and Grey Advertising in London.
New York’s Anderson & Lembke, the incumbent, has not competed in the review to date, but may be added as a fourth finalist.
