NEW YORK Publicis Groupe’s Fallon here has withdrawn from the Cotton Inc. review, leaving four New York shops in contention for the estimated $20 million creative account.

Fallon’s New York president Anne Bologna cited “other priorities,” including new assignments from existing clients. She did not elaborate.

The agency was the smallest finalist, with about 50 staffers and estimated billings of $125 million. The remaining contenders are Omnicom Group’s DDB, Publicis Groupe’s Publicis, Interpublic Group’s Lowe and the incumbent, WPP Group’s Ogilvy & Mather.
