NEW YORK Fallon in Minneapolis won the general excellence award for an agency with billings of more than $300 million at the O’Toole Awards on Wednesday.
Two shops tied for the general excellence award for agencies with billings between $30 million and $300 million: Carmichael Lynch in Minneapolis and Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami.
For agencies with billings of less than $30 million, Sawyer Riley Compton in Atlanta took top honors. The Vidal Partnership in New York won in the multicultural advertising category.
