Fallon’s new management lineup was drawn up as part of an effort to streamline the reporting process at the small international network, executives said.

“It’s about providing clarity among the organization,” said Eric Block, who becomes Fallon’s chief operating officer, overseeing operations for the agency’s six worldwide offices. “This relieves [chairman] Pat [Fallon] from having a bunch of direct reports.”

Former Minneapolis co-president and executive creative director David Lubars was promoted to the new position of president and ecd for Fallon’s North American oper ations.
