BOSTON Interpublic Group’s Mullen has promoted Brian Bronaugh to president of its Pittsburgh office. He had been svp, ecd, and he retains the latter title.

Bronaugh succeeds Bob Bernardini, who becomes chairman. Both executives have been at the shop for more than 15 years.

“Pittsburgh has been a consistently strong, stable and profitable operation,” said Joe Grimaldi, chief executive officer of Mullen, which is based in Wenham, Mass. “We believe management transitions are important to keeping a company strong and vibrant.
