Suzanne Kolb has risen from senior vice president of marketing at E! Networks to executive vice president of marketing and communications. Her new duties include overseeing the new broadband channel The Vine@E! Online. Kolb, who joined the network last January, was put in charge of advertising, communications, on-air promotions and design, creative services, strategic partnerships, online promotions and marketing for E!, E!’s Style Network and E!
