Object 9 Marketing has installed Shelly Dupre as public relations director. Prior to joining the Baton Rouge, La., agency, Dupre was director of business development and strategy at Southwest Medical Center in Lafayette, La. Object 9 has also added Lisa Petrere as marketing coordinator. A recent graduate of Louisiana State University, Petrere previously managed several Regis hair salons.
