NEW YORK Digitas has promoted John Gonnella, a creative director in the i-shop's Boston headquarters, to executive creative director at its Chicago outpost.
In the newly created post, Gonnella will manage a 40-person creative department and oversee strategy and creative for clients such as Allstate and Best Buy. He will report to Laura Lang, president of Digitas in New York and Chicago.
During his 12-year tenure at Digitas, Gonnella has worked with clients like AT&T, American Express, InterContinental Hotels Group, ING and FedEx. Before joining the interactive shop, he was a senior creative at One to One, the direct response arm of Ingalls, Quinn and Johnson.
