DETROIT - The Metro Detroit Cadillac Dealers Association placed its estimated $3-million advertising account in review. The incumbent, Simons Michelson Zieve/Troy, Mich., will be included in the review. Eisaman, Johns & Laws/Chicago, which handles a number of Cadillac dealer associations around the country, also will participate, sources said last week.
