BOSTON Cronin & Co. is set to launch its first campaign for Liberty Bank.

The Glastonbury, Conn., agency, which picked up the account earlier this year, is breaking a 30-second television commercial stressing the affection customers feel for the bank.

The spot, entitled “Just Married,” follows a car with the traditional cans and streamers attached while the Troggs’ “Love Is All Around” (used last year in a Gap TV ad) plays. As the car drives down the road, phrases appearing on the screen read, strung together: “Can you really love a bank?” Ask a Liberty Bank customer.
