Four months after announcing it would spend $120 million on new programming, Court TV has put its ad account into review and is talking to 12 agencies here, including incumbent Griffin Bacal.
The ad budget has been about $5 million; but sources said that figure would climb to at least $15 million during the next year as the client tries to raise awareness of its recently expanded palette of programs. Dan Levinson, evp of marketing for Court TV, confirmed the review and said spending would increase, but would not say by how much.
