NEW YORK Consumer electronics retailer Circuit City is conducting a search for its first Hispanic agency partner, sources said.

The Richmond, Va., client will meet with six semifinalists: Publicis Groupe’s Bromley Communications and independent Cartel Creativo, both in San Antonio; Omnicom Group’s del Rivero Messianu DDB in Miami; and the New York offices of Interpublic Group’s Siboney USA, Grey Global Group’s Wing Latino and independent The Vidal Partnership, according to sources.

Billings are estimated at $15 million, and the assignment includes creative and media chores, sources said.
