Bakery Names Richards Unit

DALLAS-Corner Bakery, a concept unit of Brinker International here, has tapped Richards/Gravelle of Dallas as its national public relations agency.
Richards/Gravelle will be responsible for media and community relations programs in Corner Bakery's current markets of Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Southern California.
"We want to develop a consistent approach to media and community relations across all of our markets," said client vice president of operations Jim Vinz in a statement. The shop provides "in-depth knowledge of restaurant marketing and local market public relations," he said.
Richards/Gravelle's other eatery clients include Bruegger's Bagel Bakery, Uno Restaurant Corp. and East Side Mario's. -Glen Fes
