NEW YORK TBWA European chairman Paul Bainsfair is leaving the Omnicom Group network, two months after shifting from president to chairman of the region.
Bainsfair spent nine years at TBWA and rose to European president in April 2004. In January, he shifted to regional chairman when Perry Valkenburg, president and CEO of Central and Eastern Europe, rose to European president.
At the time, Valkenburg also took the title of COO international. TBWA is not expected to fill the European chairman’s post.
