While the evening may have lacked the glamour of being in Cannes and winning a Gold Lion, creative staffers of Sawyer Riley Compton found themselves in good company last Tuesday night at the Creative Excellence in Business Advertising (CEBA) awards in New York.
The CEBAs, which recognize excellence in business-to-business advertising, are sponsored by the American Business Press.
The Atlanta-based agency took home the Grand CEBA for its Micotil product campaign produced for the Elanco animal health division of Eli Lilly & Co. Sawyer Riley Compton also earned two other awards and a finalist designation.
On hand from SRC were Elizabeth Smith, Tammy Thorn Anderson and Tony Messano to accept the big prize, not to mention the $25,000 check that goes with it.
They also bumped into last year's big winner: some shop out of the Midwest named Fallon McElligott. --Jim Osterman
