DavisElen in Los Angeles has picked up the estimated $1-2 million Chachis Fresh Salsa account. The Oceanside, Calif.-based client markets its salsa product in various markets across the country including California, North Carolina, Oregon as well as Buffalo, N.Y., and Cleveland, Ohio.





WPA Communications in Santa Monica, Calif., has won the estimated $1 million Bell Industries electronics and distribution account. The client is based in Brentwood, Calif.





Stagg Chili has awarded its ad business to Kalis & Savage in Pacific Palisades, Calif., for the second time. The agency previously handled the 1994 launch of the chili brand in the western U.S. N.W. Ayer’s Los Angeles office then handled the account until the unit was closed last year.
