MICHIGAN Taco Time International has hired PR Services in Ann Arbor to create a public relations campaign for the Mexican fast food chain, which has stores in 15 U.S. states. Pinto, Neiswonger Public Relations in Detroit will provide communications services for Ricardo Inc., the North American subsidiary of automotive engineering service Ricardo. Kewadin Casinos in Sault Ste. Marie tapped The Berline Group in Bloomfield Hills to handle a variety of advertising, promotional and public relations products. Gerber Baby Care Division, Affordable Interior Systems, Motan USA, and Shape Corporation and Details all tapped Hunsberger-Stap in Grand Rapids for various design projects. The Palladium Company named KELCOM Advertising & Marketing in Southfield its agency of record. EAT Advertising and Design recently completed design and production for the Kansas City Art Institute's annual report. Bergstrom Automotive, the state's largest car dealer, hired Zizzo Group Advertising in Milwaukee for media planning and buying services. New to Meyer & Wallis' client roster are: Vectren, Indiana's largest energy company; Columbia-St. Mary's Hospitals in Milwaukee; St. Joseph's/Candler Healthcare System in Savannah, Ga.; Ambassadair, the travel club of ATA Airlines; and the Midwest Sports Channel, based in Minneapolis.
