ILLINOIS
Douglas-Danielle, Chicago, a direct marketing shop, will create several "campaign-specific microsites" on the Internet for Bank of America to support the client's direct campaigns in the coming year.
Maddock Douglas, Elmhurst, was named agency of record for Berlin Packaging, a 101-year-old company that distributes plastic, glass and metal containers and closures. The agency subsequently developed a campaign tagged, "Anything is possible."
KENTUCKY
Doe-Anderson Advertising in Louisville was chosen as agency of record for TradeCast, an online trading software company headquartered in Houston. Former agency executive Michael Littman, now vice president and director of marketing at TradeCast, was a "key ingredient" in the win, said the agency, which plans a fully integrated campaign.
MINNESOTA
Hedstrom/Blessing in Minneapolis was chosen by Carlson Companies' Carlson Travel Group, also based in Minneapolis, to help launch the unit's new loyalty travel program, which the agency has named Gold Connexions. Hedstrom/Blessing is also working with the Interactive Learning Group in Bloomington on the launch of Video Buddy, a video play system. Again, the agency helped develop the product's name.
Kerker Marketing Communications, Minneapolis, was selected to handle work for the Minnesota Film Board.
Creative Communications Consultants, Minneapolis, was named agency of record for the Tennant Co., which markets pavement-cleaning equipment largely for industrial and commercial applications.
Volkart May & Associates in Minneapolis was chosen by the Hewlett-Packard Small and Medium Business Organization, Santa Clara, to generate leads for Hewlett-Packard Channel Partners.
NEBRASKA
Redstone Communications in Omaha added AMCI, also in Omaha, to its client list. AMCI is a Union Pacific Corp. technology company that provides wireless data communication services, system integration and software applications.
WISCONSIN
Sprecher Bertalot & Co. in Milwaukee was chosen as agency for Concordia University Wisconsin in Mequon. The agency will create an image campaign including radio, outdoor, print and direct mail, in addition to public relations.
Pike Design in Black River Falls was chosen to create an annual report for the Ho-Chunk Nation, a casino operation.
Charleston/Orwig in Hartland was named agency of record for the Woods Equipment Co., Rockford, Ill., which manufactures a full line of agricultural, landscape and construction tools that are sold through a network of independent dealers.
