NEW YORK — Having dismissed its previous agency for taking on MCI business, Verizon SuperPages is placing a high priority on avoiding conflict as it searches for a new shop to handle its $30-50 million account, sources said.
SuperPages, which split with Interpublic Group’s Deutsch last month after the shop took on branded-services duties for MCI, a rival of SuperPages parent Verizon Communications, asks a litany of questions about potential conflicts in a 14-page RFP that shops returned last week.
