The arm of Universal Studios that markets video games is searching for an agency to promote a line of titles including the popular Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the Dragon.

Universal Interactive Studios’ search was confirmed last week by J. Romm & Associates, a small Los Angeles consulting firm which is coordinating the review.

The final decision will be made by by UIS president Jim Wilson, who is based in Universal’s headquarters in Burbank, Calif., sources said.
