Out-of-home transit specialist Titan Worldwide announced late Friday (April 14) it had won the digital advertising contract for the Chicago Transit Authority, the second largest public transit system in the U.S.

The 10-year contract expands CTA’s relationship with Titan, which currently sells advertising on CTA’s 2,000 buses, 1,190 transit cars and 144 train stations. It also signals Titan’s plans to add digital assets to its current transit advertising portfolio.

“Digital signage is something that will transform not only the transit industry but the advertising industry as well.
