Six Flags Inc., owner of 39 regional theme parks worldwide, has selected kpe as its interactive agency of record. The New York-based i-shop said its job will be to develop and create a new online identity for Six Flags, while also crafting new online capabilities related to the brand.
The account will be handled out of kpe’s Los Angeles office. Plans call for the new site’s initial components to debut in June. Billings were not disclosed.
Ackerman McQueen, Tulsa, Okla., previously handled Six Flags’ Web site and will continue to handle all of the company’s advertising and media buying for its U.S. parks.
