Spanish automaker Seat is shifting its estimated $160 million Pan-European account from Bates to Grey Global Group’s Grey Worldwide, the client said. Bates will manage the transition of the Volkswagen-owned brand to Grey in London, a Seat rep said. WPP acquired former Bates parent Cordiant last summer. Seat is a rival of WPP’s largest client, Ford.
