Cohen Leaves Marketing Post at Paramount

LOS ANGELES Arthur Cohen is stepping down as president, worldwide marketing for the Motion Picture Group at Paramount Pictures, the studio said.

Cohen, who spent 14 years at Paramount, will remain with the company as a consultant. Rob Friedman, chief operating officer for Paramount Pictures and vice chairman of the Motion Picture Group, will oversee the worldwide marketing group until a replacement for Cohen is found.

At Paramount, Cohen guided campaigns for films including Forrest Gump, Braveheart, Titanic and Saving Private Ryan.
