CHICAGO – Newly named Bally’s Health & Tennis vp/marketing Sandy Silver last week strongly denied that the company is talking to three agencies about handling the company’s $35-40-million account. Sources said the business has been discussed with three creative shops in Chicago. ‘That is absolutely not true,’ Silver said last week. ‘There is no review.’ Bally’s did assign a direct marketing project to Hal Riney & Partners/Chicago, and is setting up a promotional deal with Riney client Subway Sandwich Shops.
