SAN FRANCISCO-McCann-Erickson was on quite a roll last week.
Having landed an estimated $50 million piece of Hewlett-Packard business on Tuesday with the help of its sister office in New York, the San Francisco agency at the end of the week was in final negotiations with Siebel Systems for its estimated $20-30 million global account, according to sources.
In the Siebel review, the shop bested fellow finalists Euro RSCG/DSW Partners, Salt Lake City, and J. Walter Thompson, San Francisco, pitching with incumbent Dazai Advertising, San Jose, Calif.
