In a review, the Fort Lauderdale, Fla., independent bested Omnicom’s Mad Dogs & Englishmen in New York for the assignment. Work was previously handled in-house and by various shops on a project basis. The Miami client spent about $2 million on ads last year, according to Nielsen Monitor-Plus. A campaign tagged, “Yeah, we’re open” is set to break in the first quarter.
